A Leap of Faith: Our Journey

We’re a small family bakery, and our story began in 2020 in Vernon Hills, Illinois. Our mom, Logie, is not only the owner but also the heart and soul of our business. During the pandemic, she stumbled across a YouTube video about making scones and decided to try baking as a way to pass the time. What started as a simple hobby quickly grew into a passion.

Logie didn’t stop there. She gained hands-on experience working as the main baker at a local coffee shop and began hosting friends and family at home to share her creations. Inspired by their encouragement and her love for baking, Logie dreamed of starting her own bakery. In 2022, our family took a leap of faith, moved to North Carolina, and turned that dream into a reality.

 

Today, our bakery stands as a testament to Logie’s hard work and the joy that freshly baked goods can bring.
